Our Business Management units play a vital role in supporting our mission by contributing to regulatory compliance, financial stability, employee capability, and quality improvement. Together, these units enhance Healthfirst's overall effectiveness and our commitment to providing high quality clinical care for our members.

The Technology, Data, and Analytics teams build products which allow Healthfirst to deliver best in class service to members and providers. Products are SAS and Cloud based delivered in a SAFe Scaled Agile Framework. 

The Operations team supports efficient operational planning and processing. The Operations team plays a critical role in enhancing member and provider experience.
