Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides expert people and thought leadership oversight for teams responsible for all HR operational activities including HR shared services, HR technology programs, People Analytics, Employee Relations, and HR compliance.
- Develops and executes HR operations strategy aligned with HR and enterprise long-term goals.
- Builds and matures analytics capabilities to support workforce planning and the translation of complex data into compelling narratives to inform decision making.
- Partners with IT and vendors to drive digital transformation strategy and improve employee experience.
- Ensures efficient and scalable HR processes, leveraging technology and automation of self-service tools to enhance employee experience and operational effectiveness.
- Implements standardized, scalable HR processes and workflows across the employee lifecycle.
- Works in partnership with COEs to ensure seamless execution and integration of all HR programs.
- Ensures enterprise compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Provides oversight and guidance to audits, data privacy policy and all other HR regulatory reporting related matters.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and service excellence.
- Manage relationships across the organization to negotiate sensitive issues and facilitate collaboration at the highest level.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in HR, including prior experience running an HR operation, or shared services team.
- Must be able to be in office at 100 Church Street three days per week (T, W, TH)
- Proven experience implementing and managing HR technology systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance and operational best practices
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Experience managing teams and driving strategy.
- Project management and planning experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree or certification in Human Resources
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $193,100 - $375,870
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $193,100 - $375,870
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
