Description and Requirements
Hybrid work schedule consisting of reporting to our NY office 3 days per week at 100 Church Street, NYC 10007.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from staff planning to onboarding for assigned business unit(s).
Serve as the talent sourcing SME for assigned business unit(s). Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Develop robust sourcing strategies that feed critical talent pipelines flowing into the Healthfirst talent community ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Leverage technology, tools, and innovative methodologies to identify, assess, sell, and present candidates for open requisitions within Nurse & Clinical business unit. Utilize our CRM platform to drive direct prospect engagement for open and future requisitions. Master/perfect utilization effectiveness.
Deliver recommendations regarding innovative and effective talent sourcing tools and best practices to be piloted and/or deployed – Chrome extensions and other talent identification methods, continuously improving LinkedIn InMail proficiency, other CRM, and outreach tools, applying principles of agility to drive speed and qualitative outcomes, employment branding techniques & algorithmic sourcing.
Serve as a Healthfirst employment brand ambassador, presenting a clear articulation of the Healthfirst employment value proposition during the talent engagement process. Promote the organizations’ brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates through various initiatives.
Consistently apply BBI interviewing techniques (i.e., IFT) to create a robust candidate summary or recommendation to be presented to the Talent Advisor or Hiring Manager, as directed.
Reduce cycle time for future requisitions by ensuring structured talent pipelines contain talent profiles that meet the Healthfirst definition of success.
Ensure ethnic and gender diversity representation across all candidate slates. Partner with Manager, Talent Advisor to identify and build/enhance relationships with the appropriate targeted diversity-based organizations that support functional talent for their respective business unit.
Ensure appropriate ROI for all sourcing strategies deployed. Track all efforts and report on a regular basis. Linking ROI back to source to ensure current and future investments in sourcing channels are yielding expected returns.
Track and report on all critical performance metrics as requested by the Manager, Talent Advisor.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and implement industry best practices in recruitment and hiring process.
Ensure compliance with TA SOPs and business processes related to our ATS (i.e., Workday).
Disposition candidates in a timely manner in accordance with OFCCP guidelines and best practices.
Work closely with Manager, Talent Advisor to meet Service Level Agreement Guidelines and expectations agreed to with stakeholders.
Attend networking, community engagement and career/hiring events in NY area.
Stay updated on industry trends, continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative talent acquisition practices.
Disseminate learnings and innovations to souring peers on a regular cadence.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED + clinical/nursing or related recruiting experience.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple Nursing searches and projects effectively and reaching hiring goals.
Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges and find effective solutions.
Adapt to frequently changing priorities and manage unexpected issues.
Must have previous experience with full lifecycle recruitment, including candidate sourcing, pre-qualification screening and interviewing.
Experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates within a robust ATS and CRM, as well as manual reporting that is accurate and timely.
Experience fostering and creating partnership opportunities to drive success of hiring needs.
Experience in or willingness to learn and deploy principles of agility to drive more effective TA-related outcomes.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with business leaders.
Experience utilizing innovative and cost-effective sourcing tools.
Working knowledge of utilizing MS Excel to track all recruiting activity/efforts. Ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and strategies.
Detail oriented – attention to detail in reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing documentation, systems and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience recruiting for sales, customer service-related roles highly preferred.
Experience recruiting in an agency or search firm environment.
Healthcare industry experience.
Working in a regulated industry.
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $81,100 - $117,470
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $71,600 - $106,505
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
