Description and Requirements
Scope of Responsibilities:
Primary designer and lead on enterprise employee experience.
Develop framework for understanding and communicating employee experience.
Develop and implement measures, tools, and processes using a variety of technologies which allow us to understand our employees’ end-to-end experiences.
Create action plans for continuously improving the employee experience as the world of work and our employees’ needs change.
Create communications and change plans which implement initiatives related to employee experience.
Identify, collaborate with, and manage vendors as needed.
Lead enterprise-wide projects, programs, or initiatives, ensuring timely implementation, with content and materials focused on an easy, simple, end-user experience.
Collaboratively act as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on a variety of OD/OE projects, as needed.
Identify root causes of issues using qualitative and quantitative information and scientific methods.
Recommend proven, research-based solutions which increase individual/team/organizational effectiveness.
Implement solutions by partnering with leaders and HR colleagues.
Measure the impact of OD/OE initiatives with a bias for continuous improvement in outcomes and processes.
Actively participate in external/internal networks and research to remain current with research, new technology, innovations, and emerging industry talent.
Keep developing your expertise, and freely and generously develop those around you with interest in your field.
Minimum Qualifications:
MUST have at least 3 years’ experience:
designing and implementing employee experience work
building metrics/measures/scorecards
leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
Proven work experience diagnosing organizational needs and developing and implementing OD/OE interventions
Strong verbal, facilitation, consulting, and influence skills
Exceptional written and verbal communications and content: concise, clear, simple, visually appealing, and jargon-free
Proven ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders
Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology
Preferred Qualifications:
Ph.D. Industrial Organizational Psychology
This is a hybrid work schedule which consists of reporting to our NY or FL office 3 days per week.

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $119,900 - $183,430
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $102,600 - $156,655
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
