Description and Requirements
Job Duties: /b>/p>
/p>
Designs, develops, and maintains complex applications using Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices./p>/li>
Develops unit tests and provides code coverage to accurately test business logic and functionality./p>/li>
Participates in developing specifications including user stories and designs./p>/li>
Solves and recommends solutions for complex issues and problems./p>/li>
Assists in the development of logical and physical specifications./p>/li>
Documents designs, issues, solutions, tips and tricks./p>/li>
Collaborates within the Agile framework, fostering a team approach to software development and delivery./p>/li>
Actively engages in improving software delivery through DevOps and other Agile practices./p>/li>
Stays current in new IT technologies to maintain a high level of subject matter expertise. /p>/li>/ul>
/p>
Requirements:/b> Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a tech lead//manager-related occupation./p>
/p>
Must be certified in Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) and CSA (Certified System Architect)./p>/li>
Must have five (5) years of experience performing Pega Software development/p>/li>
Must have two (2) years experience with Pega 8;/p>/li>
Must have three (3) years of experience performing software architecture and SOA services implementation;/p>/li>
Must have three (3) years of experience implementing integrations including REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ and//or Error Handling;/p>/li>
Must have three (3) years of experience in process excellence//modelling, workflow, or flow charting;/p>/li>
Must have three (3) years of experience performing software development in Agile environments and methodologies. /p>/li>/ul>

Hiring Range*:/p>
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $189,592 - $198,000/p>/li>
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $189,592 - $198,000/p>/li>/ul>

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision./p>
