Description and Requirements
Duties//Responsibilities:/b>/p> Assist with designing, testing, implementing, documenting and managing work flows, processes and policies pertaining to MPIO../span>/span>/p>/li> Participate in relevant trainings and meetings. Contribute creative solutions for seamless communication and systematic completion of routine and special projects./span>/span>/p>/li> Maintain current working knowledge of system functionality, policies and procedures. Demonstrate working knowledge of regulatory and corporate guidelines. Must stay abreast on changes to all lines of business under the department's umbrella (Medicare, CompleteCare) to ensure processes are current and in compliance with Regulatory, internal and external guidelines, and overall corporate policies./span>/span>/p>/li> Develop and maintain various daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad|hoc business unit reports./span>/span>/p>/li> Make recommendations on potential solutions for deficiencies detected and assume ownership of the task. Prepare powerpoint presentations to share data with members of the senior and executive management team./span>/span>/p>/li> Must take ownership of tasks, oversee and provide regular updates for projects from planning through solution phase./span>/span>/p>/li> Additional duties as assigned/span> /span>/b>/span>/p>/li>/ul> /p> Minimum Qualifications:/b>/p> High school diploma or GED equivalent/span>/span>/p>/li> Must be able to work independently and ambitiously handle multiple tasks with a proactive, flexible approach to changing priorities/span>/span>/p>/li> Advanced level experience in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint and MS Visio; Intermediate level experience in Adobe Acrobat Pro and Sales Logix, basic level experience with MS Access and Project/span> /span>/b>/span>/p>/li>/ul> Preferred Qualifications:/b>/p> Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution./p>/li>/ul> /p> Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities: /b>N//A/p> /p> License//Certification/b>: N//A/p> /p>
Hiring Range*:/p>
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $57,408 - $78,022/p>/li>
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $49,795 - $72,800/p>/li>/ul>
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision./p>
