Description and Requirements
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze campaign performance data to create actionable insights that can be leveraged by marketing managers to improve the performance of our marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and automate campaign performance reporting including reports showing the ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze large data sets using SQL tools, analysis software (SAS), and Web Analytic Tools.
- Support a variety of marketing efforts that require list segmentation and validation such as direct mail and email marketing.
- Identify redundancies and efficiencies to minimize manual processes by developing automated solutions such as self-service dashboards.
- Conduct population and member analysis to start to develop different member and prospect profiles based on available data to allow for better targeting of marketing campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, to help enhance the consumer funnel.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent SQL skills: extensive experience querying large, complex data sets
- High proficiency with Excel including pivoting capabilities and analysis modules
- Proficient with R, SAS, SPSS, or similar
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, research and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Predictive modeling techniques and programming languages are a plus
- Experience performing quantitative analysis
- Experience with heat mapping software is a plus
- Experience with Data Visualization tools

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $68,900 - $99,620
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $61,300 - $91,120
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
