Description and Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of Healthfirst delegated vendors.
- Continuously review and update vendor performance goals and expectations
- Monitor and manage delivery of vendor services through a full-service engagement model.
- Leverage delegated vendor scorecards with key stakeholders to objectively review vendor performance & address key concerns.
- Oversee day-to-day vendor relationship and performance tracking; Ensure all vendor performance issues are resolved.
- Ensure vendor performance variance and failed KPIs are documented, and corrective action plans are implemented.
- Assess and address risk and growth areas through the strategic management of vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely completion and appropriate follow up on for timely audit completion with respective vendor.
- Communicate delegated vendor results and collaborate with various departments to identify delegated vendor improvements.
- Prepare and conduct key deliverables and presentations on delegated vendor performance and results.
- Analyze, update, and modify procedures and processes to continually improve department operations
- Direct supervision as a people leader while developing an effective team through hiring, training, coaching, and providing ongoing and constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular department/unit/office meetings to inform staff of performance, results and new changes or issues impacting the department and/or company.
- Demonstrate and maintain in-depth knowledge of the business success drivers, healthcare industry trends, and the competitive marketplace to provide measures and metrics to move the Healthfirst delegated vendor partner management department to a ‘Best-In-Class’s operation.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- Delegated vendor management oversight work experience.
- Experience communicating and influencing impact and progress to senior leadership.
- Domestic and international travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in healthcare operations.
- Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with detail-oriented focus.
- Demonstrated computer literacy along with expert level skills within Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated program and project management experience with respect to Planning, Organizing, and Executing to meet business goals.
- Should be adaptable and flexible while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Management experience in an operational department within the healthcare industry.
- Experience developing strategy and processes for a department or function.

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $100,900 - $145,775
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $86,500 - $128,690
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
