Description and Requirements
Scope of Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the daily operations and activities of the team
Ensure timely support and resolution on system requests/inquiries raised by employees
Manage the reporting catalog in close partnership with HRSS and People Analytics
Partner with People Analytics, CBT and HRSS to ensure alignment across data governance practices
Manage and maintain the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass upload process in Workday
Partner and liaise with CBT and HR SMEs on requirements interpretation, light configuration, testing, and deployment of work
Play a consultative role while partnering with HR subject-matter-experts and stakeholders across HR teams to inform, educate, and encourage technology enhancements and advancement
Proactively identify and raise processes and technology opportunities and provide proposals for improvement, especially while working with HR stakeholder groups on projects
Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective and timely communication
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work in office at 100 Church Street, NYC 3 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
7+ years HR technology / HRIS / integration experience
Strong understanding of HR systems and processes
Experience with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong technical knowledge of HR technology
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
Prior Human Resources experience, including one or more areas: HR operations, employment administration, customer services, training coordination & administration, or acting in an HR generalist capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree from an accredited institution
Experience with scale agile framework delivery methodology
Experience with Workday or similar platforms
Experience with APIs / integrations
Experience with data governance
Experience in multi-system, complex HR environments
Healthcare or regulated industry experience
Prior people management experience
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $103,400 - $149,430
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $88,700 - $131,920
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
