*Our hybrid work schedule consists of reporting to our NY office 3 days per week located at 100 Church Street | New York, NY 10007*
Scope of Responsibilities:
Act as a key stakeholder in supporting company-wide programs and then analyze data to provide business insights.
Manage the HRSS knowledge base content and develop reference tools and provide training to ensure the team’s readiness in responding to inquiries accurately.
Lead of a team of direct reports; train, coach and develop team members.
Provide recommendations on ways HR can refine processes to build efficiency and improve the employee experience through partnering with COE’s.
Use transactional and performance data to identify and prioritize process improvements.
Support key annual processes, such as Open Enrollment and Performance Management – coordinating with multiple teams to ensure data accuracy, communication alignment and learning opportunities on changes to educate HRSS teammates.
Partner across HR to continuously improve the employee experience.
Actively challenge the status quo and acts as a catalyst for change by decisively adopting innovative ways of working, driving continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited institution.
Ability to coach and develop team members.
Manage a broad range of work tasks, including resolving complex issues & interpreting policies and procedures.
Demonstrated process improvement & change management experience to support continuous process improvement.
Ability to prioritize heavy workload & manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, customer acumen.
Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information and identify trends.
Experience with ServiceNow (extract data, run reports, interpret data).
Demonstrated abilities in using MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience with Workday.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to perform multiple tasks.
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $100,900 - $145,775
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $86,500 - $128,690
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
