Description and Requirements
- Design and build robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions utilizing the Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP) suite of products and applications.
- Leverage deep expertise in the Agile Planning Platform to revolutionize application development and delivery processes, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide authoritative guidance, establish best practices, and maximize the use of advanced features and tools within the platform ecosystem.
- Tailor the enterprise agile planning platform to meet complex healthcare business needs, addressing intricate integration requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into comprehensive technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Create detailed design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications to guide solution development and implementation.
- Continuously enhance and optimize the software platform to ensure peak performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement performance improvements and optimizations as necessary, ensuring system stability and minimizing downtime.
- Lead the integration of enterprise-grade software products, ensuring seamless interoperability and compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration solutions with multiple applications such as Active Directory, Sharepoint, Webservice, Monday.com, SailPoint, ServiceNow, Plutora etc.
- Implement state-of-the-art automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development processes utilizing tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, etc.
- Develop custom Agile reports utilizing Tableau BI interface to track project progress and performance metrics for executive stakeholders.
- Drive and facilitate agile ceremonies with exceptional precision, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, mentoring development teams on Agile best practices and ensuring adherence to standards and patterns.
- Stays current in new IT technologies to maintain a high level of subject matter expertise.
- Oversee team processes, monitors metrics, and make continuous improvements to elevate the team’s efficiency
- Ability to demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills along with the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in Scaled agile methodologies and best practices.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and software development in large, complex environments.
- 5 + years expertise in the Enterprise Agile Planning suite of applications, including Agility Platform, Analytic Lens, Release, Jira, Rally etc.
- 5+ years Experience with enterprise application tools such as ServiceNow, SailPoint, Plutora, Monday.com, etc.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and advanced API management.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Experience working with remote and offshore resources.
- 5+ years Experience in Build Automation and Continuous Integration concepts by using tools like ANT, Maven, Jenkins, Hudson
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology; advanced certifications preferred.
- Relevant SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe PO/PM), AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ServiceNow Certified Administrator, Monday.com Builder Certified.
- Demonstrated success in projects involving the use of Enterprise Agile Planning Platforms and multiple enterprise-grade software integrations.
- Experience in healthcare IT with deep understanding of healthcare data standards, regulations, & compliance requirements such as HIPAA & HITECH.
- Proficiency in developing and managing APIs, microservices, and integrations utilizing platforms like MuleSoft, etc.
- Extensive experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware solutions.
- Experience with Release and DevOps platforms such as Plutora, GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.
- Expertise in Workflow Management platforms like Monday.com, RoboHead, etc.
Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $114,000 - $164,730
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $97,800 - $145,520
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
