Description and Requirements

The I&O Analyst – Batch Support is responsible for defining, documenting, monitoring, and analyzing processes that support the entire IT department, including though not limited to processes within IT Infrastructure and Operations. This role identifies and clarifies business process issues and requirements. The I&O Analyst – Batch Support analyzes and prepares business requirements and process flows, performs gap analysis between current and future processes, gains consensus with IT leaders and Product Owners, and makes recommendations on areas for continual process improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish standards for multiple IT processes, to include identification of interdependencies between defined processes.
  • Execute process management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with IT and process owners, and process stakeholders to gather and analyze needs, translating these needs into requirements.
  • Develop, evaluate, standardize, and maintain new and existing IT processes, and make enhancements based on findings from analysis.
  • Create thorough and accurate documentation for IT processes.
  • Support the implementation of IT processes.
  • Partner with IT lines of business to ensure IT processes are understood, adhered to, and continuously improved.
  • Establish and support controls and procedures to review, assess, prioritize, and track compliance to requirements incorporated into tool and process designs.
  • Collect and provide key management reporting of KPIs and metrics to subsequently measure, review & analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes.
  • Communicate, liaise and conduct organizational change management with various departments in the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved process changes – verbally and/or through written documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practice standards, supporting the enterprise by providing information on best practice implementations.
  • Other duties as assigned or required. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or a GED from an accredited institution.
  • Experience creating process design and support documentation.
  • Experience in demonstrating business analytics skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation work experience.
  • Experience with Production batch and management of integrated scheduling automation tools: maintenance, monitoring, upgrades and integration with Dev team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience influencing through collaboration with coworkers and peers.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional enterprise organization.
  • Experience independently and collaboratively establishing & improving IT processes.
  • Experience presenting improvements based on data trends and stakeholder collaborations.
     

Hiring Range*:

  • Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $76,000 - $109,820

  • All Other Locations (within approved locations): $67,600 - $100,555

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
