Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses using Excel to support business and strategic decisions
· Manage and track projects end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
· Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives across the organization
· Perform research and synthesize insights on healthcare policy, regulations, and industry trends
· Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
·Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Provider, and technical teams
· Assist with preparing presentations using PowerPoint
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
· 1-2 years of experience in consulting, healthcare, managed care, or a related field
· Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., modeling, data analysis, pivot tables)
· Familiarity with healthcare managed care concepts
· Experience conducting structured research and synthesizing findings
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment that requires handling multiple priorities simultaneously
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate resolution to issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medicare and/or Medicaid managed care experience
- Masters Degree (i.e MHA, MPH, MBA, etc.)
- Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with healthcare policy research
- Experience working with large datasets

Hiring Range*:
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $58,900 - $80,070
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $51,000 - $75,905
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision.
