Description and Requirements
On-site work schedule consists of reporting to our Lake Mary, FL office 5 days per week./b>/i>/p>

Scope of Responsibilities:/b>/u>/p> Inspect facilities and review inspection reports to determine repairs or improvements required to both facility and security related systems./p>/li> Support, help develop, implement, and maintenance of the facility and a workplace strategy that provides a consistent high quality, safe employee experience, and work environment./p>/li> Protects the organization's employees, properties, and all items of value on premises from any preventable harm or danger./p>/li> Lead and help train our workplace emergency response team./p>/li> Conduct training to our Trailblazers around workplace safety and security./p>/li> Assists in preparation of emergency management and contingency planning./p>/li> Serves as liaison with public law enforcement, fire, and other agencies as it relates to security./p>/li> Maintain, update, and distribute workplace security manuals, documents, and records./p>/li> Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repairs of facility, life safety and security systems./p>/li> Oversee and mange third party vendors both facilities and workplace security related./p>/li> Manage third party guard force and janitorial vendor as needed./p>/li> Maintain and update the VMS and SMS systems utilized by Healthfirst./p>/li> Maintain Healthfirst automated security systems and employee identification card system./p>/li> Perform facility and security related audits of the premise to include but not limited to facility and security equipment. /p>/li> Submit Service Now tickets for any repairs or hazards that need to be addressed because of daily inspections conducted for both facility and security related issues./p>/li> Complete daily Service Now tickets, in a timely and efficient manner./p>/li> Perform light building general repairs of office furniture, replacement of ceiling tiles, filters, light bulbs, patch, and paint, etc.../p>/li> Troubleshooting A//C issues, electrical problems and notify Team Lead./p>/li> Submitting service tickets to building management./p>/li> May coordinate vendors providing services including A//C, electrical repairs, and installation of equipment in coordination with building management./p>/li> Escort vendors as needed./p>/li> Place orders for supplies as needed./p>/li> Participate in coordination and setup of company events./p>/li> Assist in the relocation of individuals or departments as needed./p>/li> Ensure pantries and coffee machines are stocked, properly supplied and operational./p>/li> Inspect and maintain supplies for all conference and meeting rooms. Ensure conference rooms are clean and ready for the next meeting./p>/li> Participate in Fire Safety program./p>/li> Pack terminated employee’s personal belongings and ship./p>/li> Flexibility to work before//after hours, weekends and holidays on a rotating on call schedule./p>/li> Additional duties as assigned./p>/li> Respond to weekend, holiday and after-hours emergencies affecting operations or property./p>/li>/ul> /p> Minimum Qualifications:/u>/b>/p> H.S. Diploma or GED from an accredited school./p>/li> Facilities knowledge in one or more of these areas: office furnishings, vendor relations, break room supplies, property appearance, floor moves, meeting room coordinator and//or event space setup./p>/li> Strong working knowledge of commercial fire-life safety systems and procedures, emergency management and response. /p>/li> Minimum of 5 years' related experience./p>/li> Experience managing suppliers and vendors./p>/li> Proficient in CCTV and Access Control systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and E-mail systems./p>/li> Communicate effectively verbally and in writing while demonstrating good grammar, spelling and punctuation skills./p>/li> Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mail systems/p>/li> Ability to work as needed before//after hours, weekends and holidays on a rotating on-call schedule./p>/li> Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to employee facility requests & inquiries./p>/li> Ability to deliver high quality customer support, maintaining a courteous & helpful demeanor when addressing maintenance issues or service needs./p>/li>/ul> /p> Preferred Qualifications:/u>/b>/p> Able to problem-solve under light supervision while managing many details./p>/li> Able to handle emergency situations and communicate results in a succinct and clear verbal or written manner./p>/li> Organizational skills keeping track of multiple tasks through to completion./p>/li> Ability to prioritize projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment using tact and discretion./p>/li> General knowledge of electrical services HVAC, A//C maintenance and//or electrical services./p>/li> Coordinated vending services and break room supplies./p>/li> Experience working with outside vendors to perform services including A//C maintenance, electrical services, and general property appearance./p>/li>/ul> /p>
Hiring Range*:/p>
Greater New York City Area (NY, NJ, CT residents): $47,403 - $64,338/p>/li>
All Other Locations (within approved locations): $41,101 - $60,320/p>/li>/ul>
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, licenses and certifications, and any other factors Healthfirst deems pertinent to the hiring decision./p>
