Interview Information
We want all of our applicants to have a pleasant candidate experience, as well as to be ready for success! Here are a few quick tips to help you prepare if you are selected to participate in the Healthfirst interview process.

Before your interview
  • Review and update your resume! All information presented on your resume should be accurate and up to date. 
  • Familiarize yourself with our company history. For additional information, visit our corporate website at www.healthfirst.org .
  • Review the job description details for the position prior to your interview.


Day of your interview
  • If your interview is hosted in a remote format (via phone or video) be sure that you have a strong internet and audio connection. Find a quiet, private, well-lit place that is free from possible interruptions to connect with the interview team.
  • Be prepared 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. 
  • Professional dress attire is required. Remember, this is your first impression with the hiring team, dress to impress!
  • Have a copy of your updated resume on hand to reference during your interview. 
  • Silence your cell phone. Don't let your personal device distract you during your interview. 
  • When listening, show that you are engaged. Smile, and be prepared to ask follow up questions if additional clarification is needed.
